The Directors and Senior Management of Beacon Asset Management are fully committed
to ensuring that, our regulator, the Financial Services Authority's (FSA) principles
of TCF are applied and embedded, in all areas and layers of our day-to-day business
activities.
But how do we know if we are meeting these standards? Well that’s where you can
help us. If you have dealt with us, we would like to know whether your experience
lives up to the high standards we set ourselves.

It has been designed to find out about your views of the overall service you have
received from us. Comments you make will be anonymous and not attributed to you
in any way (unless of course you decide to leave contact information) but will enable
us to measure and track our performance. You have the option of printing the document,
completing it by hand and sending it to us, or filling in the questionnaire online
